Sunset is a small charming 10 unit complex located on Indian Rocks Beach and has very nice gulf and intercostals views. This unit is on the second floor, has white tile throughout and is very nicely furnished, bright and very cozy. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen, there are three TV's a VCR and a washer/dryer. The property has a small beach front pool. Within a block or two are many excellent restaurants and shops and it's just a short drive to all of the local attractions.
