Landing at Newport is a 540 unit factional resort located on
the Yaquina Bayfront in Newport, Oregon. The newly built
property is comprised of one & two bedroom units. Each unit
has a deck that overlooks the marina and the historic Bay
Bridge. The units are laid out in two building that are
interconnected for convenience.
Facing the
water and the marina, you'll have a fully furnished unit
with a direct view from the kitchen, living room and dining
room. The outside deck is approximately 6-1/2 by 16 feet.
The
interior is nicely decorated and features a gas log
fireplace, tile counter tops, maple cabinetry and a low
maintenance tile entry.
